Culinary Circle


This time around for our once a month cooking demo, they did Chicken Stir Fry and boy was it a hit with all the clients! We are still doing low sodium meals!


Ingriendents needed:

Chicken

Broccli

Green, Red, Yellow pepper

Napa Cabbage

Carrots

Pea Pods
Bakchoy

Brown Rice

Ginger

Garlic

Sweet and Sour Sauce


Saute all in the oil of your choice!
