Culinary Circle

It is that time of month again. Yes that is right our culinary circle. In honor of black history month. Our culinary staff downstairs, did soul food. You name it we had it, fried chicken, collar green with ham hocks, cornbread, mac -n- cheese, potatoe salad, peach pie, and sweet potatoe pie! Let me tell you everyone loved it and the food was wonderful, for some it was the first time they had soul food. It was a big hit. Thank you again Sheila!
